Located in Riyadh, Green Business City will offer the infrastructure to support LEED platinum buildings, communities, and the planning/design to create a community that has an immediate sense of well-being.
The city is envisioned to provide the proving ground for Riyadh to be on the cutting edge of sustainable building technologies; to provide the high-end green commercial spaces for international companies with sustainable policies that are expecting to demand; to be a center of energy, environmental studies, and commerce.
The initial objective of the project will be the development of the “Signature Series” real estate concept in KSA, more specifically, in the outskirts of Riyad.
